This page states the standards Care Company Tech is built to, how our technology is chosen, and — plainly — what we do not claim. It is the public version of the same discipline we apply to every client engagement.
Care Company Tech is not FedRAMP-authorized and is not CMMC-certified, and nothing on this site should be read that way. Formal authorizations and certifications attach through the federal contract process; until one is granted, our words are the accurate ones: built to federal standards, assessment-ready. Where our infrastructure runs on a vendor platform that holds its own federal authorization, that authorization belongs to the vendor — we say so, and we never present it as ours.
One test governs every tool we use: if it cannot be carried into a federal engagement, we do not build on it. The records that matter live in systems we control — per-client isolated, exportable at any time, and never locked inside a vendor's silo. Where a commercial tool cannot meet the standard, it is contained to non-sensitive use or replaced; where an authorized government tier of a platform exists, that is the tier our federal clients are served from.
Client data is separated per client, access is role-based, and changes are logged. Call recording is consent-first. On request — and always at the end of an engagement — a client's data is exportable in full. We keep what the work requires, for as long as the engagement requires, and no longer.
Care Company Tech is operated by Oceaneast Asc, Inc., an SBA HUBZone-certified small business. Federal agencies can reach the full suite through the Oceaneast Censeo Consulting JV's SEWP VI Category C contract (ordering opens November 1, 2026).
